  3. User – any person who uses the website in any way.
  4. Services – services provided electronically by the Service Provider for Users available on the website, enabling in particular:
    a. familiarization with materials prepared by QMS and QMS partners,
    b. use of the computer mechanisms operating within the website,
  5. Materials – texts, photos, graphics, video materials, multimedia, etc., constituting a work within the meaning of the copyright law and related rights.
